ITA Airways' fare, cabin, baggage, seat-selection, Miles & More earning, change and refund conditions can vary according to route, market, fare, booking class, cabin, aircraft, ticketing date and operating carrier. Travelers should review the actual conditions and customer-facing total price applicable to their selected itinerary before authorizing a purchase.
Travelers should note that historical references to Volare may be outdated. The Volare loyalty program ended on March 30, 2026, and ITA Airways became a fully integrated Miles & More partner from April 1, 2026. Current loyalty eligibility should therefore be determined under applicable Miles & More rules rather than relying on historical Volare information.
Baggage inclusions vary by fare, route and cabin. Economy Light does not include standard checked baggage under the current general structure. Premium Economy and Business provide different allowances, and route-specific exceptions can apply. The baggage allowance displayed for the actual ticket governs.
Partner- or codeshare-operated flights can have different baggage, check-in, seat, cabin, loyalty and optional-service rules. Travelers should review the operating carrier of every segment.

Where Classic Fares provides post-booking assistance or independent travel consultation concerning an ITA Airways flight, Classic Fares remains an independent travel services provider and does not become ITA Airways' official customer-service department.
Where a Classic Fares professional service fee applies, the applicable fee and scope of service will be disclosed before authorization.
Classic Fares cannot guarantee that ITA Airways or another independent provider will approve a requested refund, waiver, change, travel credit, seat, upgrade, Miles & More benefit, Star Alliance benefit, lounge access, baggage exception or other provider-controlled outcome.
Fare restrictions—including restrictions associated with Light, Classic, Classic Plus, Flex, promotional, discounted, bulk, negotiated, private or specially sourced fares—depend on the actual fare purchased. Classic Fares does not represent that every specially sourced fare is automatically non-refundable or non-changeable.
Passport, visa, Schengen, transit and other travel-document requirements are determined by government authorities and can change. Classic Fares does not issue government travel authorizations and does not guarantee admission or transit permission.
