Last Updated: October 2026

This Legal Disclaimer applies to ClassicFares.com and the travel-related services offered by Flight Fare Booking Inc., operating as Classic Fares (“Classic Fares,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using ClassicFares.com, searching for travel, submitting an inquiry, requesting a quotation, communicating with our representatives, requesting travel consultation or purchasing a service through Classic Fares, you acknowledge the nature of our services and our role as an independent travel services platform and intermediary.

This Disclaimer should be read together with our applicable Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Taxes & Fees Policy, Baggage Policy, Advertiser Disclosure , and any specific fare rules, pricing information, authorizations or disclosures presented during a quotation or booking process.

1. Independent Travel Services Platform

Classic Fares is an independent travel services platform operated by Flight Fare Booking Inc.

Classic Fares is not an airline, aircraft operator, airport, cruise line, cruise operator, car rental company or transportation carrier.

Unless expressly and accurately stated otherwise, Classic Fares is not owned, operated, controlled, sponsored or endorsed by, and is not the official website or official customer-service department of, any airline, cruise line, car rental company or other travel provider whose products, names, inventory, schedules or services may be displayed, referenced, quoted or facilitated through our services.

The availability or display of a third-party travel provider or its services through Classic Fares does not, by itself, establish ownership, sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation between Classic Fares and that provider.

2. Our Role

Classic Fares operates as a travel services platform and intermediary.

Depending upon the service requested, we may:

  • Provide online flight-search functionality;
  • Facilitate eligible online flight reservations;
  • Provide assisted flight-reservation services;
  • Provide multi-city flight reservation assistance by telephone;
  • Source travel options through suppliers and contracted consolidators;
  • Access travel information through GDS systems and travel APIs;
  • Provide car rental quotations and booking assistance;
  • Provide cruise quotations and reservation assistance;
  • Provide travel-planning assistance;
  • Provide independent travel consultation;
  • Provide eligible assistance concerning travel reservations originally purchased elsewhere; and
  • Provide post-booking customer assistance for eligible reservations.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Classic Fares does not itself operate the aircraft, cruise vessel, rental vehicle or other underlying transportation service.

The applicable travel provider remains responsible for operating and fulfilling the underlying provider-controlled travel service.

3. Flight Search & Reservations

Classic Fares provides online and assisted flight reservation services.

Depending upon available inventory and itinerary requirements, customers may:

  • Search eligible flights online;
  • Complete eligible flight reservations through ClassicFares.com;
  • Call our representatives for assisted flight reservations; or
  • Call for multi-city reservation assistance.

Flight schedules, availability, booking classes, fare information and other travel data may be obtained through:

  • Travel suppliers;
  • Airlines;
  • Contracted consolidators;
  • Global Distribution Systems;
  • Travel APIs;
  • Bulk or negotiated-fare sources;
  • Fulfillment partners; and
  • Other legitimate travel-industry inventory sources.

Travel inventory is dynamic.

Displaying a flight, itinerary or fare does not guarantee that the same inventory or price will remain available until the reservation has been successfully completed and, where applicable, ticketed.

4. Retail Pricing

Classic Fares determines the retail price offered to its customers.

Travel inventory or underlying fares may be obtained through suppliers, consolidators, GDS systems, travel APIs, bulk-fare sources and other travel-industry channels.

Accordingly:

  • Our retail price may differ from an airline's direct price;
  • Our price may differ from another travel agency's price;
  • Our price may differ from another OTA's price;
  • Our price may differ from an underlying consolidator or supplier price;
  • Our price may differ between distribution channels; and
  • A Classic Fares price should not automatically be interpreted as the airline's own direct retail price.

Unless expressly stated for a particular offer, Classic Fares does not represent that every fare offered is the lowest price available anywhere in the marketplace.

Customers should review the final customer-facing price and applicable material terms before authorizing payment.

5. Taxes, Fees & Total Price

Travel products may involve applicable taxes, fees, surcharges and optional charges.

Classic Fares seeks to disclose the applicable mandatory customer-facing price before the customer authorizes a transaction.

Additional optional or subsequently requested services may result in separate charges.

Examples may include:

  • Optional baggage;
  • Optional seat selection;
  • Voluntary ticket changes;
  • Fare differences;
  • Optional rental products;
  • Cruise extras;
  • Separately requested professional services; or
  • Other optional products.

Where Classic Fares separately charges a service or professional-assistance fee, the applicable fee will be disclosed before the customer authorizes that service.

Please review our Taxes & Fees Policy for additional information.

6. Price & Availability Changes

Travel inventory and pricing may change rapidly.

Airfares, rental rates, cruise prices, schedules, booking classes, availability and supplier conditions may change before a reservation is completed.

The following do not by themselves constitute a confirmed reservation:

  • A search result;
  • A preliminary quote;
  • A telephone discussion;
  • An email communication;
  • A submitted inquiry; or
  • An uncompleted booking.

If a material price change occurs before purchase is completed, the revised customer-facing price should be presented for acceptance before the different transaction is completed.

Authorization for one transaction amount should not be treated as authorization for a materially different transaction amount.

7. Reservation Confirmation

A reservation should not be considered fully confirmed merely because:

  • A search was completed;
  • A quotation was generated;
  • A request was submitted;
  • Passenger information was provided; or
  • A payment attempt was initiated.

For air travel, applicable confirmation and ticketing information should be received before the customer treats the reservation as successfully ticketed.

Travelers should review all confirmation information promptly after receipt.

8. Airline Responsibility

Classic Fares does not operate aircraft or provide air transportation.

The applicable airline remains responsible for provider-controlled matters such as:

  • Flight operations;
  • Aircraft operation;
  • Flight schedules;
  • Check-in;
  • Boarding;
  • Airport procedures within its control;
  • Baggage handling;
  • Seat assignments controlled by the airline;
  • Onboard services;
  • Flight delays;
  • Operational cancellations;
  • Schedule changes;
  • Aircraft substitutions; and
  • Other airline-controlled operational services.

Classic Fares may provide reasonable travel assistance but does not control airline operational decisions.

9. Car Rental Services

Classic Fares provides car rental booking assistance primarily through a request-a-quote and assisted-service model.

Customers may provide information including:

  • Pickup location;
  • Return location;
  • Rental dates;
  • Vehicle category;
  • Driver requirements; and
  • Other relevant preferences.

Classic Fares may obtain options through rental providers, dealers, wholesalers, suppliers or other travel-industry sources.

Submitting a request does not itself constitute a confirmed car rental.

Availability, price, vehicle category and other material conditions remain subject to confirmation.

The company ultimately providing the vehicle remains responsible for provider-controlled matters including:

  • Vehicle availability;
  • Vehicle condition;
  • Pickup and return;
  • Security deposits;
  • Driver eligibility;
  • Age requirements;
  • Insurance or protection options;
  • Fuel policy;
  • Mileage;
  • Additional drivers; and
  • Other rental conditions.

Customers may be required to enter into a separate rental agreement with the applicable rental provider.

10. Cruise Reservation Services

Classic Fares provides cruise reservation assistance through a request-a-quote and assisted-service model.

Customers may provide preferences such as:

  • Destination;
  • Departure port;
  • Travel dates;
  • Number of passengers;
  • Cruise duration;
  • Cabin preference; and
  • Other relevant requirements.

Cruise inventory, cabin availability, itineraries, promotions and pricing may be obtained through third-party cruise-industry sources.

Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee a particular:

  • Sailing;
  • Cabin;
  • Itinerary;
  • Promotion;
  • Availability; or
  • Price.

The applicable cruise operator remains responsible for operating and fulfilling the cruise, including vessel operations, onboard services, sailing schedules, embarkation procedures, port calls and operational changes or cancellations.

11. Independent Travel Consultation

Classic Fares may provide independent travel consultation and professional travel assistance, including in certain eligible situations where the original reservation was not purchased through Classic Fares.

Services may include eligible assistance concerning:

  • Existing airline reservations;
  • Flight changes;
  • Cancellations;
  • Refund requests;
  • Schedule changes;
  • Rebooking options;
  • Alternative travel arrangements;
  • Fare or ticket conditions;
  • Travel disruptions;
  • Car rental matters;
  • Cruise matters; and
  • Other eligible travel-related issues.

When providing such assistance, Classic Fares acts as an independent travel consultant or intermediary.

Providing assistance concerning a third-party reservation does not make Classic Fares the original seller, airline, cruise line, rental provider or original booking source.

12. Travel Consultation Fees

Independent travel consultation or assistance may be subject to a professional service fee.

Where a fee applies:

The applicable scope of service and Classic Fares fee will be disclosed before the customer authorizes the service.

A Classic Fares professional service fee may be separate from:

  • Airline charges;
  • Fare differences;
  • Airline penalties;
  • Supplier charges;
  • Cancellation charges;
  • Car rental charges;
  • Cruise charges;
  • Charges imposed by an original booking source; or
  • Other third-party costs.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, paying a Classic Fares professional service fee does not constitute payment of amounts independently required by the underlying provider.

Customers are not required to purchase Classic Fares consultation services and may contact the applicable provider or original booking source directly.

13. No Guaranteed Outcome for Consultation

Payment for travel consultation or professional assistance is payment for the applicable service being provided by Classic Fares.

It does not guarantee a particular outcome from an independent travel provider.

Classic Fares cannot guarantee that an airline or other provider will:

  • Issue a refund;
  • Cancel a reservation;
  • Change a reservation;
  • Waive a penalty;
  • Waive a fee;
  • Issue compensation;
  • Issue a travel credit;
  • Extend an existing credit;
  • Change passenger information;
  • Make particular inventory available; or
  • Approve another requested exception.

Provider-controlled decisions remain subject to the provider's applicable rules, authority, availability and applicable law.

14. Restricted, Bulk, Negotiated & Special Fares

Classic Fares may obtain certain airfare inventory through:

  • Contracted consolidators;
  • Bulk-fare dealers;
  • Negotiated arrangements;
  • Private inventory;
  • Specialized supplier inventory;
  • Promotional inventory;
  • GDS sources;
  • Travel APIs; or
  • Other travel-industry sources.

Such fares may carry conditions different from other publicly available fares.

Depending upon the specific fare rules, certain fares may be:

  • Non-refundable;
  • Non-changeable;
  • Subject to restricted changes;
  • Subject to cancellation restrictions;
  • Eligible only for limited travel credit;
  • Subject to supplier-specific requirements; or
  • Subject to other material restrictions.

Classic Fares does not represent that every bulk, consolidator, negotiated or specially sourced fare is automatically non-refundable.

The applicable conditions depend upon the specific fare selected.

Where material restrictions apply, the applicable fare rules or relevant conditions will be presented or made available during the reservation process before purchase.

A contractual or fare-rule designation such as “non-refundable” does not eliminate any refund right that cannot legally be waived.

15. Changes & Voluntary Cancellations

Travel products may carry different change and cancellation conditions.

Depending upon the applicable product or fare, a reservation may be:

  • Refundable;
  • Partially refundable;
  • Non-refundable;
  • Changeable;
  • Non-changeable;
  • Eligible for travel credit;
  • Subject to fare difference;
  • Subject to supplier restrictions; or
  • Subject to separately disclosed charges.

Customers should review the applicable conditions before completing a purchase.

Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy for complete information.

16. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends upon factors including:

  • Applicable fare rules;
  • Travel product;
  • Reason for cancellation;
  • Supplier conditions;
  • Merchant-of-record arrangement;
  • Whether travel has been used;
  • Customer acceptance of alternatives; and
  • Applicable law.

Where a refund is permitted or legally required, processing may involve an airline, supplier, consolidator, payment processor or another party involved in the transaction.

Processing time may therefore depend upon the applicable circumstances and legal requirements.

Nothing in this Disclaimer is intended to restrict, eliminate or waive a refund right that cannot legally be waived.

17. Supplier-Initiated Cancellations & Schedule Changes

Airlines, cruise operators, rental providers and other travel suppliers may modify or cancel services.

Classic Fares may provide reasonable assistance regarding available information or alternatives but cannot guarantee that the original travel service will remain unchanged.

Available remedies following an airline or supplier cancellation, qualifying significant change or other disruption may depend upon:

  • Applicable law;
  • Supplier policies;
  • Fare conditions;
  • Customer choice; and
  • The circumstances of the transaction.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

18. Payments & Customer Authorization

Customers should review the applicable amount and material transaction information before authorizing payment.

Depending upon the travel product and fulfillment arrangement, a payment may be processed by:

  • Classic Fares;
  • A travel supplier;
  • A contracted consolidator;
  • A payment processor; or
  • Another appropriately disclosed transaction participant.

Where an agreed transaction involves separate charges processed by different parties, the applicable arrangement should be disclosed before authorization where required.

Customer authorization for one transaction does not authorize an unrelated transaction or a materially different transaction amount.

19. Baggage

Baggage allowance is not necessarily included with every airfare.

Baggage rules and charges may vary according to:

  • Airline;
  • Operating carrier;
  • Route;
  • Fare;
  • Cabin;
  • Passenger;
  • Number of bags;
  • Weight;
  • Dimensions; and
  • Other applicable conditions.

Classic Fares does not physically handle passenger baggage.

The applicable airline controls baggage acceptance, transportation, handling and delivery.

Customers should review our Baggage Policy and verify applicable airline requirements before travel.

20. Travel Documents

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they possess all documentation necessary for their journey.

Depending upon the itinerary, required documents may include:

  • Passport;
  • Visa;
  • Transit visa;
  • Government-issued identification;
  • Entry permit;
  • Health documentation;
  • Vaccination documentation where applicable; and
  • Other documents required by applicable authorities or providers.

Classic Fares does not determine immigration, customs, border-control or government entry requirements.

Requirements may change.

Travelers should verify applicable requirements with appropriate official authorities before departure.

21. Boarding, Transit & Entry Decisions

Classic Fares cannot guarantee that a traveler will be permitted to:

  • Board an aircraft;
  • Board a cruise;
  • Enter another country;
  • Transit through another country;
  • Cross a border; or
  • Satisfy immigration or customs requirements.

Such decisions may be made by airlines, cruise operators, immigration authorities, border agencies, security authorities or other responsible entities.

22. Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information.

This may include:

  • Passenger names;
  • Dates of birth where required;
  • Travel dates;
  • Origin and destination;
  • Contact information;
  • Passport or identification information where legitimately required; and
  • Other information necessary for the requested travel service.

Passenger names should correspond with the travel documents the passenger intends to use.

Corrections may be subject to airline or supplier rules, availability, fare conditions and applicable charges.

Classic Fares cannot guarantee that a provider will permit a requested correction.

23. Third-Party Terms & Conditions

Travel products facilitated through Classic Fares may also be governed by terms imposed by the underlying provider.

These may include:

  • Airline conditions of carriage;
  • Fare rules;
  • Supplier conditions;
  • Car rental agreements;
  • Cruise contracts;
  • Baggage rules;
  • Loyalty-program rules; and
  • Other provider-specific conditions.

Customers should review applicable third-party terms relevant to their travel product.

24. Third-Party Websites

ClassicFares.com may contain links to independent third-party websites.

Classic Fares does not control every third-party website and is not responsible for independently operated websites merely because a link is provided.

Third-party websites may maintain their own:

  • Terms;
  • Privacy policies;
  • Cookie practices;
  • Security procedures;
  • Pricing;
  • Refund policies; and
  • Business practices.

Customers should review the applicable third-party policies before conducting a transaction directly with that party.

25. Provider Names & Trademarks

Classic Fares may reference airlines, cruise lines, car rental companies and other travel providers for legitimate purposes such as:

  • Identification;
  • Search;
  • Comparison;
  • Travel information;
  • Reservation assistance; and
  • Customer service.

Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Unless expressly and accurately stated otherwise, use of a provider's name or trademark does not imply:

  • Ownership;
  • Sponsorship;
  • Endorsement;
  • Official status; or
  • Affiliation.

Classic Fares does not represent itself as an airline's official website or official customer-service department.

26. Accuracy of Travel Information

Classic Fares seeks to provide useful and reasonably accurate travel information.

However, travel information may originate from independent third parties and may change.

This may include:

  • Flight schedules;
  • Availability;
  • Aircraft information;
  • Fare conditions;
  • Baggage information;
  • Terminal information;
  • Cruise information;
  • Rental availability; and
  • Other provider-controlled information.

Where information is operationally important, customers should verify current information with the applicable provider before travel.

27. No Guarantee of Continuous Website Availability

Classic Fares does not guarantee that ClassicFares.com will operate without interruption at all times.

Website functionality may occasionally be affected by:

  • Maintenance;
  • Technical failures;
  • Internet disruptions;
  • Supplier-system outages;
  • API failures;
  • GDS interruptions;
  • Payment-system interruptions;
  • Security incidents; or
  • Circumstances outside our reasonable control.

A technical error does not by itself create a confirmed reservation.

28. Errors & Obvious Mistakes

Travel systems may occasionally display inaccurate information because of technical, supplier, transmission or data errors.

Where an obvious pricing, availability or system error is identified before completion of a transaction, Classic Fares may correct the information and present the correct option to the customer.

We will not treat customer authorization for an erroneous amount as authorization for a materially different amount.

Where a completed transaction is affected by an error, applicable contractual and legal rights will determine the appropriate resolution.

29. Force Majeure & Events Outside Our Control

Travel may be affected by events outside Classic Fares' reasonable control.

Examples may include:

  • Severe weather;
  • Natural disasters;
  • War or civil unrest;
  • Government actions;
  • Airport closures;
  • Air traffic restrictions;
  • Labor disputes;
  • Public-health events;
  • Supplier failures;
  • Transportation disruptions;
  • Technology outages; or
  • Other extraordinary circumstances.

The applicable provider remains responsible for its operational response to such events.

Customer remedies will depend upon applicable law, fare conditions and provider policies.

30. No Guarantee of Lowest Fare

Unless expressly stated for a particular verified promotion, Classic Fares does not guarantee that:

  • Every price is the lowest available price;
  • A lower fare cannot exist elsewhere;
  • A provider will not subsequently reduce its price; or
  • Another booking channel will not offer different conditions.

Travel prices vary by inventory source, timing, fare rules and distribution channel.

The customer should evaluate the final Classic Fares price and applicable conditions before purchasing.

31. No Guarantee of Travel Outcome

Classic Fares facilitates or assists with travel arrangements but cannot guarantee:

  • On-time airline operation;
  • Particular aircraft;
  • Specific seats unless confirmed by the applicable provider;
  • Successful border entry;
  • Weather;
  • Baggage delivery;
  • Provider service quality;
  • Cruise itinerary;
  • Rental vehicle model;
  • Availability of provider-controlled amenities; or
  • Other matters outside Classic Fares' control.

Any guarantee expressly provided by applicable law remains unaffected.

32. Limitation of Responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Classic Fares is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, operational decisions or service failures of third-party travel providers merely because Classic Fares facilitated or assisted with the underlying travel arrangement.

This may include provider-controlled matters involving:

  • Airline operations;
  • Delays;
  • Schedule changes;
  • Baggage handling;
  • Cruise operations;
  • Rental vehicle operations; and
  • Other underlying provider services.

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Classic Fares remains responsible for its own obligations to the extent required by applicable law.

33. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Disclaimer is intended to waive or restrict any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

If a provision of this Disclaimer conflicts with a mandatory consumer-protection, aviation, privacy or other legal requirement applicable to a particular transaction, the mandatory legal requirement will control to the extent of that conflict.

34. No Legal, Immigration or Government Advice

Travel information provided by Classic Fares is intended to assist with travel planning and reservation services.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Classic Fares does not provide:

  • Legal advice;
  • Immigration advice;
  • Tax advice;
  • Government advice; or
  • Official regulatory determinations.

Customers requiring such advice should consult the appropriate qualified professional or official authority.

35. Website Content

Information published on ClassicFares.com may be updated periodically.

While we seek to maintain useful information, website content should not be interpreted as a guarantee that every travel product, price, schedule, promotion or provider condition will remain unchanged.

Transaction-specific information presented during the applicable booking process should be reviewed before purchase.

36. Changes to This Disclaimer

Classic Fares may update this Disclaimer to reflect changes in:

  • Our services;
  • Business practices;
  • Supplier arrangements;
  • Technology;
  • Applicable law; or
  • Regulatory requirements.

The Last Updated date identifies the current published version.

Updates will not retroactively remove rights already acquired under applicable law or the terms governing a completed transaction.

Classic Fares is not an airline, aircraft operator, cruise line, cruise operator, car rental company or transportation carrier.

Travel inventory may be obtained through airlines, suppliers, contracted consolidators, GDS systems, travel APIs, bulk or negotiated inventory sources and other travel-industry channels.

Classic Fares determines the retail price offered to its customers. Our retail price may differ from provider-direct prices, underlying supplier or consolidator prices and prices available through other travel sellers or distribution channels.

Travel availability, schedules, prices and provider-controlled services may change until the applicable reservation is successfully completed and confirmed.
