Trademark & Brand Use Policy

Effective Date: October 2026
Last Updated: October 2026

This Trademark & Brand Use Policy explains the ownership, identification and permitted use of trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, brand names, domain names, copyrighted materials, photographs, graphics, travel-provider information and other intellectual property appearing on or in connection with Classic Fares, operated by Flight Fare Booking Inc.

Classic Fares is an independent travel services platform and travel-services intermediary.

In providing flight reservations, car rental booking assistance, cruise reservation assistance, travel consultation and related travel services, it may be necessary for Classic Fares to identify independent:

  • Airlines;
  • Aircraft operators;
  • Car rental providers;
  • Cruise operators;
  • Travel suppliers;
  • Fare consolidators;
  • GDS providers;
  • Travel technology providers;
  • Payment providers; and
  • Other travel-related businesses.

The appearance or reference to a third-party brand does not, by itself, establish ownership, sponsorship, endorsement, agency, partnership, authorization or affiliation.

1. Classic Fares Brand

The Classic Fares name, branding and original materials associated with Classic Fares may constitute intellectual property owned by or licensed to Flight Fare Booking Inc.

This may include, where legally protected:

  • Classic Fares name;
  • Classic Fares logo;
  • Classic Fares brand identity;
  • Classic Fares domain name;
  • Original website content;
  • Original written materials;
  • Original website designs;
  • Original graphics;
  • Original photographs;
  • Original illustrations;
  • Icons;
  • Marketing materials;
  • Advertising creative;
  • Promotional materials;
  • Original databases or compilations;
  • Proprietary software;
  • Website functionality; and
  • Other original intellectual property.

Nothing on the Classic Fares website transfers ownership of Classic Fares intellectual property to a customer, visitor, advertiser, supplier or other third party.

2. Classic Fares Is an Independent Travel Services Platform

Classic Fares operates independently as a travel services platform and intermediary.

Classic Fares is not itself:

  • An airline;
  • Aircraft operator;
  • Airport;
  • Cruise line;
  • Cruise-ship operator;
  • Car rental company;
  • Vehicle operator; or
  • Transportation carrier.

Unless a particular relationship is expressly and accurately disclosed, Classic Fares should not be understood to be:

  • Owned by;
  • Operated by;
  • Controlled by;
  • Sponsored by;
  • Endorsed by; or
  • Officially authorized by

a third-party travel provider merely because that provider's products, services, name or trademarks are referenced through Classic Fares.

3. Third-Party Trademarks

Airline names, car rental company names, cruise-line names, supplier names, payment-provider names and other third-party brands referenced through Classic Fares remain the property of their respective owners.

Third-party intellectual property may include:

  • Company names;
  • Airline names;
  • Airline codes;
  • Airline logos;
  • Car rental brands;
  • Cruise-line names;
  • Cruise-ship names;
  • Service marks;
  • Trade names;
  • Product names;
  • Loyalty-program names;
  • Slogans;
  • Logos;
  • Graphical marks;
  • Domain names; and
  • Other legally protected identifiers.

Classic Fares does not claim ownership of a third-party trademark merely because the trademark is referenced through our services.

4. Use of Airline Names

Classic Fares may refer to airlines when providing legitimate travel information and travel services.

Airline names may be used for purposes including:

  • Identifying available flights;
  • Displaying flight-search results;
  • Describing an itinerary;
  • Identifying an operating carrier;
  • Identifying a marketing carrier;
  • Displaying route information;
  • Providing schedule information;
  • Describing cabin options;
  • Providing baggage information;
  • Discussing fare conditions;
  • Facilitating flight reservations;
  • Providing booking assistance;
  • Providing post-ticketing assistance;
  • Assisting with eligible changes;
  • Assisting with eligible cancellations;
  • Providing travel consultation;
  • Discussing an existing reservation; or
  • Helping travelers understand available travel options.

These references identify the relevant airline or airline service.

They should not be interpreted as a representation that Classic Fares:

  • Is the airline;
  • Owns the airline;
  • Operates the airline;
  • Is owned by the airline;
  • Is the airline's official website;
  • Is the airline's official reservations department;
  • Is the airline's official customer-service center; or
  • Is officially endorsed by the airline,

unless such a relationship is expressly and accurately disclosed.

5. Airline-Specific Landing Pages

Classic Fares may maintain informational, search, booking or travel-assistance pages concerning particular airlines.

An airline-specific page remains a Classic Fares page unless expressly stated otherwise.

For example, a page discussing flights operated by a particular airline may include information concerning:

  • Available flights;
  • Destinations;
  • Routes;
  • Hubs;
  • Cabins;
  • Baggage;
  • Check-in;
  • Frequent-flyer programs;
  • General airline information;
  • Reservation options;
  • Travel assistance; or
  • Frequently asked questions.

The presence of this information does not transform the Classic Fares page into the airline's official website.

Classic Fares branding and independent status should remain reasonably identifiable throughout such pages.

6. Airline-Specific Page Disclaimer

Where appropriate, an airline-specific Classic Fares page may display a disclosure substantially similar to:

“Classic Fares is an independent travel services platform operated by Flight Fare Booking Inc. and is not the airline referenced on this page or its official website or customer-service department. Airline names and trademarks are used for identification and travel-service purposes. No affiliation or endorsement is implied unless expressly stated.”

The precise wording may be adjusted according to the page and actual relationship involved.

7. Use of Car Rental Company Names

Classic Fares may identify car rental providers when:

  • Presenting available rental information;
  • Responding to a quote request;
  • Comparing rental options;
  • Identifying a proposed provider;
  • Discussing vehicle categories;
  • Describing pickup arrangements;
  • Explaining rental conditions;
  • Assisting with an existing reservation;
  • Discussing cancellation conditions; or
  • Providing other eligible rental assistance.

Identification of a rental company does not mean that Classic Fares:

  • Owns the rental company;
  • Operates its vehicles;
  • Operates its rental locations;
  • Controls the rental provider; or
  • Is its official website.

The applicable rental provider remains responsible for provider-controlled vehicles, locations and rental operations.

8. Car Rental Provider-Specific Pages

Classic Fares may maintain informational or request-a-quote pages concerning particular rental providers.

Such pages remain Classic Fares pages.

A provider-specific page should not falsely imply that:

  • Classic Fares is the rental provider;
  • Classic Fares owns the rental provider;
  • Classic Fares operates the provider's vehicles;
  • The page is the provider's official website;
  • Classic Fares is its official reservations department; or
  • An endorsement exists where it does not.

For Classic Fares car rental booking assistance:
1-877-658-0203

9. Use of Cruise Line Names

Classic Fares may identify cruise operators when providing cruise reservation assistance.

References may be used to identify:

  • Cruise operator;
  • Ship;
  • Sailing;
  • Destination;
  • Departure port;
  • Itinerary;
  • Cabin category;
  • Cruise product;
  • Existing reservation;
  • Supplier conditions; or
  • Other relevant cruise information.

The appearance of a cruise line's name does not mean Classic Fares owns or operates the cruise line or vessel.

Classic Fares does not represent itself as the official website or official customer-service department of an independent cruise operator unless expressly authorized to do so.

For cruise reservation assistance:
1-855-529-7027

10. Informational & Identification Use

Third-party trademarks may be referenced where reasonably necessary to accurately identify or describe the applicable product, provider or travel service.

For example, a traveler searching for a particular airline needs to know which airline operates or markets a flight.

Similarly, a traveler requesting assistance with an existing reservation may need to identify the:

  • Airline;
  • Cruise operator;
  • Rental provider; or
  • Other travel company

involved.

These references are intended to provide accurate identification and useful travel information rather than create confusion regarding the source of Classic Fares' independent services.

11. Use of Third-Party Logos

Logos and graphical trademarks may receive additional trademark, copyright or other intellectual-property protection.

Classic Fares should display a third-party logo only where an appropriate legal basis exists.

Such a basis may include:

  • Express permission;
  • License;
  • Supplier authorization;
  • Contractual authorization;
  • Distribution arrangement;
  • Authorized technology feed;
  • Applicable brand guidelines; or
  • Another use permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this Policy grants Classic Fares a license to use a third-party logo where authorization or another lawful basis is required.

Where authorization is uncertain or unnecessary for the service, Classic Fares may use the provider's plain-text name rather than its logo.

12. Plain-Text Provider Names

Classic Fares may use plain-text references to travel-provider names when reasonably necessary to identify available or relevant travel services.

Examples may include:

  • Airline names in flight results;
  • Airline names in headings;
  • Airline names in itinerary descriptions;
  • Rental-provider names in quotations;
  • Cruise-line names in cruise options;
  • Airline names in FAQs; and
  • Provider names in travel-assistance content.

Such references should remain truthful, relevant and non-misleading.

13. No Implied Affiliation

The presence of a third-party brand through Classic Fares does not, by itself, mean that:

  • The third party owns Classic Fares;
  • Flight Fare Booking Inc. owns the third party;
  • The third party endorses Classic Fares;
  • Classic Fares endorses every activity of the third party;
  • Classic Fares is the third party's official booking website;
  • Classic Fares is its official reservations department;
  • Classic Fares is its official customer-service department;
  • The parties are corporate affiliates;
  • A franchise relationship exists;
  • A joint venture exists;
  • An employment relationship exists; or
  • The third party approved every statement appearing through Classic Fares.

Any actual contractual or commercial relationship should be described according to its true nature.

14. Contracted Suppliers & Consolidators

Classic Fares may maintain legitimate contractual or commercial relationships with:

  • Travel suppliers;
  • Fare consolidators;
  • Travel wholesalers;
  • Ticketing partners;
  • Technology providers;
  • GDS providers;
  • Travel APIs;
  • Payment providers; or
  • Other travel-industry businesses.

A supplier, distribution or fulfillment relationship does not automatically mean that Classic Fares is:

  • Owned by the supplier;
  • An official subsidiary;
  • A franchise;
  • The supplier's official website; or
  • Authorized to make every possible representation on the supplier's behalf.

Any relationship should be represented according to its actual scope.

15. No Misrepresentation as an Official Provider

Classic Fares does not intend to use third-party trademarks in a manner that falsely represents Classic Fares as:

  • An airline;
  • Airline corporate website;
  • Airline reservations department;
  • Airline customer-service center;
  • Cruise operator;
  • Cruise-line customer-service center;
  • Car rental provider;
  • Car rental customer-service center; or
  • Another independent travel provider.

Classic Fares representatives should appropriately identify the business when interacting with customers.

A Classic Fares representative assisting with a reservation involving an airline, cruise line or rental company does not become an employee or official representative of that provider merely because the representative discusses that provider's service.

16. Search Results

Travel search results may identify third-party providers whose products or services are available through Classic Fares.

Provider names may appear alongside information such as:

  • Price;
  • Flight schedule;
  • Route;
  • Stops;
  • Cabin;
  • Operating carrier;
  • Marketing carrier;
  • Fare type;
  • Baggage;
  • Vehicle category;
  • Cruise sailing;
  • Cruise itinerary; or
  • Other travel-product information.

The purpose of identifying the provider is to help customers understand the product being considered.

Classic Fares branding and its independent status should remain reasonably identifiable throughout the customer journey.

17. Booking & Checkout Pages

Where a third-party travel provider is identified on a Classic Fares booking or checkout page, the page should continue to identify Classic Fares appropriately.

The customer should not reasonably be led to believe that the customer has suddenly entered:

  • An airline's official website;
  • A cruise line's official website;
  • A rental company's official website; or
  • Another provider's official checkout

unless the customer has actually been redirected to that provider.

Material pricing and provider information should remain appropriately disclosed.

18. Use of Trademarks in Advertising

Classic Fares may advertise through:

  • Search engines;
  • Paid search;
  • Social media;
  • Display advertising;
  • Digital advertising platforms;
  • Video advertising;
  • Affiliate channels; or
  • Other marketing channels.

Where a third-party trademark is referenced, advertising should accurately identify the nature and source of the Classic Fares service.

Advertising should not create a materially misleading impression of:

  • Affiliation;
  • Sponsorship;
  • Endorsement;
  • Ownership;
  • Authorization; or
  • Official-provider status.

Use of a trademark as a descriptive reference or advertising term does not itself create affiliation with the trademark owner.

All advertising remains subject to applicable law, trademark rights and applicable advertising-platform requirements.

19. Paid Search & Keyword Advertising

Classic Fares may participate in paid-search advertising.

Advertisements may appear in response to searches involving:

  • Airlines;
  • Airline routes;
  • Flight destinations;
  • Airports;
  • Car rental providers;
  • Cruise operators;
  • Cruise destinations;
  • Travel products; or
  • Other travel-related terms.

The appearance of a Classic Fares advertisement following a search involving another company's brand does not mean that company sponsored or placed the Classic Fares advertisement.

Advertising should identify Classic Fares appropriately and should not falsely represent Classic Fares as another company.

20. Advertising an Airline-Specific Service

Where an advertisement relates to travel involving a specific airline, the advertisement should represent the actual Classic Fares service.

For example, advertising may accurately concern:

  • Searching for flights involving the airline;
  • Reserving eligible flights;
  • Comparing available travel options;
  • Obtaining independent booking assistance; or
  • Obtaining eligible travel consultation.

Advertising should not falsely state or imply that Classic Fares is:

  • The airline itself;
  • The airline's official reservation line;
  • The airline's official support center; or
  • Exclusively authorized by the airline

unless that statement is factually accurate and appropriately supported.

21. Business Name in Advertising

Advertising for Classic Fares should use a business identity that accurately represents the advertised business.

The Classic Fares brand should remain identifiable in customer-facing advertising and interactions where appropriate.

Third-party airline, cruise or rental brands should not replace Classic Fares' identity in a manner that could materially confuse customers about who is providing the advertised travel-agency or travel-consultation service.

22. Domain Name

The Classic Fares domain identifies Classic Fares' independent travel services.

Use of a third-party trademark in website content does not transfer ownership of that trademark to Classic Fares.

Classic Fares does not claim ownership of third-party:

  • Domain names;
  • Company names;
  • Airline names;
  • Rental brands;
  • Cruise brands; or
  • Other protected identifiers.

Customers should review the domain and identity of the company providing the applicable service before completing a transaction.

23. Third-Party Content & Data

Certain travel information displayed through Classic Fares may originate from independent suppliers or technology systems.

This may include:

  • Airline information;
  • Flight schedules;
  • Fare information;
  • Route information;
  • Availability;
  • Baggage information;
  • Rental information;
  • Cruise information;
  • Supplier descriptions;
  • Maps;
  • Photographs;
  • Product information; or
  • Other travel data.

Ownership of third-party content remains with the applicable rights holder.

Displaying or receiving that content does not transfer ownership to Classic Fares or its customers.

24. GDS, API & Supplier Content

Classic Fares may receive information through:

  • GDS systems;
  • Travel APIs;
  • Contracted supplier feeds;
  • Consolidator systems;
  • Distribution platforms; or
  • Other authorized travel-technology sources.

Access to information through a technology or distribution relationship does not necessarily give Classic Fares unrestricted intellectual-property rights over all underlying provider content.

Classic Fares will use such information subject to applicable contractual and legal rights.

25. Photographs, Videos & Media

Photographs, videos, illustrations, maps, graphics and other media appearing through Classic Fares may be:

  • Owned by Flight Fare Booking Inc.;
  • Licensed to Classic Fares;
  • Supplied by a travel provider;
  • Supplied through an authorized content feed;
  • Used with permission; or
  • Used under another legally permissible basis.

Users should not assume that content appearing through Classic Fares is available for unrestricted reuse.

26. Copyright

Original Classic Fares content may be protected by applicable copyright law.

Except where expressly authorized or legally permitted, users may not:

  • Reproduce;
  • Republish;
  • Redistribute;
  • Sell;
  • Commercially exploit;
  • Systematically scrape;
  • Systematically extract;
  • Modify;
  • Rebrand;
  • Create unauthorized derivative works from; or
  • Redistribute

protected Classic Fares content.

Limited personal use may be permitted where consistent with applicable law and Classic Fares' Terms and Conditions.

27. Permitted References to Classic Fares

Third parties may make truthful and non-misleading textual references to Classic Fares for legitimate purposes.

Examples include:

  • Identifying Classic Fares as an independent travel services platform;
  • Referring customers to Classic Fares;
  • Reporting on Classic Fares;
  • Discussing a customer experience;
  • Providing factual information;
  • Identifying Classic Fares as the source of a service; or
  • Linking to legitimate Classic Fares content.

Such references must not falsely imply:

  • Partnership;
  • Sponsorship;
  • Authorization;
  • Agency;
  • Endorsement;
  • Employment; or
  • Corporate affiliation.

28. Use of the Classic Fares Logo by Others

Unless otherwise permitted by applicable law, third parties should obtain appropriate authorization before using the Classic Fares logo for commercial purposes.

Without appropriate authorization, the Classic Fares logo should not be:

  • Altered;
  • Recreated;
  • Distorted;
  • Incorporated into another company's logo;
  • Used as another company's branding;
  • Used to suggest an official partnership;
  • Used to suggest authorization;
  • Used in misleading advertising;
  • Used on counterfeit communications;
  • Used to collect payments deceptively; or
  • Used to impersonate Classic Fares.

29. Prohibited Use of the Classic Fares Brand

Classic Fares does not authorize use of its name, logo or identity for purposes intended to:

  • Impersonate Classic Fares;
  • Mislead travelers;
  • Create a false travel agency;
  • Create a deceptive website;
  • Conduct phishing;
  • Collect payments deceptively;
  • Obtain personal information fraudulently;
  • Obtain payment-card information fraudulently;
  • Create counterfeit booking confirmations;
  • Create counterfeit Classic Fares communications;
  • Falsely claim an agency relationship;
  • Falsely claim employment;
  • Register deceptive social-media accounts;
  • Register deceptive domains;
  • Divert customers through deception; or
  • Engage in unlawful activity.

Flight Fare Booking Inc. may take appropriate legal, contractual, platform, security or technical action to protect Classic Fares, its customers and its intellectual property.

30. Domain Impersonation & Typosquatting

Classic Fares does not authorize third parties to register or use domains designed to deceptively impersonate Classic Fares.

This includes domains intentionally designed to mislead customers through:

  • Misspellings;
  • Character substitution;
  • Misleading prefixes;
  • Misleading suffixes;
  • False “support” terminology;
  • False “official” terminology; or
  • Other deceptive naming practices.

Legitimate comparative, commentary or other legally protected uses are not prohibited merely because they reference Classic Fares.

31. Phishing & False Customer Service

No third party may use Classic Fares branding to falsely represent itself as:

  • Classic Fares customer service;
  • Classic Fares reservations;
  • Classic Fares billing;
  • Classic Fares refund department;
  • Classic Fares travel consultation; or
  • Another Classic Fares function.

Customers who believe they have encountered an unauthorized website, advertisement, email, phone call or social-media account impersonating Classic Fares should report it to:

Do not send complete payment-card numbers or passwords when reporting suspicious activity.

32. Social Media

Classic Fares may maintain official social-media accounts.

Third parties may also discuss or reference Classic Fares through social media.

A third-party account using the Classic Fares name or mentioning Classic Fares is not automatically an official Classic Fares account.

Users should verify the identity of an account before:

  • Providing personal information;
  • Providing payment information;
  • Clicking payment links; or
  • Relying on account statements as official Classic Fares communications.

33. User-Generated Content

Where Classic Fares permits reviews, comments, submissions or other user-generated content, users remain responsible for ensuring their submissions do not unlawfully infringe third-party:

  • Trademarks;
  • Copyright;
  • Privacy rights;
  • Publicity rights; or
  • Other intellectual-property rights.

Classic Fares may remove content where reasonably necessary to address valid legal, security or platform concerns.

34. Reviews & Comparative References

Customers and other third parties may make truthful statements about Classic Fares or compare Classic Fares with other businesses, subject to applicable law.

This Policy is not intended to prohibit lawful:

  • Reviews;
  • News reporting;
  • Commentary;
  • Criticism;
  • Comparative advertising;
  • Nominative references; or
  • Other legally protected expression.

However, such use must not falsely represent the speaker as Classic Fares or falsely imply authorization or affiliation.

35. Links to Classic Fares

Third parties may generally provide ordinary links to publicly accessible Classic Fares pages where the link is lawful and non-misleading.

A link must not be presented in a manner that falsely suggests:

  • Sponsorship;
  • Partnership;
  • Official authorization;
  • Endorsement; or
  • Ownership.

Classic Fares may request removal or modification of links used as part of fraudulent, deceptive or unlawful activity.

36. Framing & Website Presentation

Third parties should not display Classic Fares website content within another website or application in a manner that materially misleads users about:

  • Who operates Classic Fares;
  • Who is processing a transaction;
  • Who receives payment;
  • Who provides customer service; or
  • Whether an affiliation exists.

Classic Fares may restrict technical framing or embedding where reasonably necessary to protect customers, security or intellectual property.

37. Affiliate & Marketing Partners

Where Classic Fares authorizes an affiliate, marketing partner or other third party to promote its services, that party must comply with:

  • Applicable contractual terms;
  • Advertising laws;
  • Trademark restrictions;
  • Platform requirements;
  • Approved brand guidelines; and
  • Applicable consumer-protection requirements.

Authorization to market a Classic Fares service does not necessarily authorize unrestricted use of the Classic Fares logo, content or other intellectual property.

38. No Sublicensing

Unless expressly authorized in writing, permission granted to one party to use Classic Fares intellectual property does not automatically permit that party to sublicense the same rights to another party.

Any permitted use remains subject to the scope of the applicable authorization.

39. Advertising by Third Parties

Third parties may not use Classic Fares trademarks in advertising in a manner that:

  • Impersonates Classic Fares;
  • Misrepresents the advertiser as Flight Fare Booking Inc.;
  • Creates false affiliation;
  • Falsely claims authorization;
  • Misleads consumers about who will provide the service;
  • Deceptively collects customer information; or
  • Otherwise violates applicable law.

40. No Trademark License Created by Website Access

Accessing Classic Fares, creating a reservation, purchasing a service, linking to a page or receiving information from Classic Fares does not itself grant a license to use:

  • Classic Fares trademarks;
  • Logos;
  • Copyrighted content;
  • Advertising materials;
  • Proprietary graphics; or
  • Other protected intellectual property.

Any license must arise from applicable law or appropriate authorization.

41. Reporting Trademark or Copyright Concerns

If you believe material appearing through Classic Fares infringes a trademark, copyright or other intellectual-property right, you may contact:

A notice should provide sufficient information for us to reasonably understand and investigate the concern, such as:

  • Identity of the rights holder;
  • Contact information;
  • Description of the protected work or mark;
  • Identification of the material at issue;
  • Location of the material;
  • Explanation of the concern; and
  • Any other information reasonably necessary to evaluate the request.

Do not send complete payment-card information or passwords.

42. Review of Intellectual-Property Complaints

Classic Fares may review properly submitted intellectual-property complaints and take appropriate action where warranted.

Possible actions may include:

  • Requesting additional information;
  • Reviewing the challenged material;
  • Removing or modifying content;
  • Restricting use;
  • Contacting a supplier or content provider;
  • Restoring material where appropriate; or
  • Taking another reasonable action.

Receipt of a complaint does not automatically mean that infringement has occurred.

43. Reservation of Rights

Except for rights expressly granted by applicable law or written authorization, Flight Fare Booking Inc. reserves its rights in the Classic Fares brand and intellectual property.

Nothing in this Policy should be interpreted as:

  • Waiving intellectual-property rights;
  • Granting an implied commercial license;
  • Authorizing impersonation;
  • Authorizing deceptive advertising; or
  • Permitting unlawful use.

44. Enforcement

Flight Fare Booking Inc. may take appropriate action concerning unauthorized or unlawful use of Classic Fares intellectual property.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

  • Sending a notice;
  • Requesting removal;
  • Reporting impersonation;
  • Reporting fraudulent advertising;
  • Reporting phishing;
  • Requesting platform action;
  • Exercising contractual rights;
  • Implementing technical measures; or
  • Pursuing available legal remedies.

The appropriate response will depend on the nature and severity of the conduct.

45. Third-Party Rights Remain With Their Owners

Nothing in this Policy should be interpreted as Classic Fares claiming ownership over:

  • Airline brands;
  • Airline logos;
  • Airline loyalty programs;
  • Cruise-line brands;
  • Cruise-ship brands;
  • Rental-company brands;
  • Supplier brands;
  • Payment-provider brands;
  • Government marks; or
  • Other third-party intellectual property.

Those rights remain with their respective owners.

46. Trademark Use Does Not Change the Underlying Service

Displaying or referencing an airline, cruise line or car rental company does not change the nature of the Classic Fares service.

An airline-specific Classic Fares page remains a Classic Fares travel-services page.

A car-rental-provider-specific Classic Fares page remains a Classic Fares request-a-quote or travel-assistance page.

A cruise-line-specific Classic Fares page remains a Classic Fares cruise reservation-assistance page.

Customers should understand who is providing the travel-agency or consultation service and who is providing the underlying transportation or travel product.

47. Customer Transparency

Classic Fares intends for customers to be able to reasonably identify:

  • That they are interacting with Classic Fares;
  • That Classic Fares is operated by Flight Fare Booking Inc.;
  • That Classic Fares is an independent travel services platform;
  • The underlying provider associated with a travel product where relevant;
  • The nature of the service being offered; and
  • That third-party brand references do not automatically establish affiliation.

Classic Fares branding and material business-identity information should not be intentionally obscured to create confusion with another company.

48. Changes to This Policy

Classic Fares may update this Trademark & Brand Use Policy periodically to reflect changes in:

  • Branding;
  • Website functionality;
  • Travel services;
  • Advertising practices;
  • Supplier relationships;
  • Technology;
  • Intellectual-property practices; or
  • Applicable law.

The Last Updated date identifies the current published version.

49. No Waiver of Legal Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits any:

  • Trademark right;
  • Copyright right;
  • Fair-use right;
  • Nominative-use right;
  • Consumer right;
  • Free-expression right; or
  • Other legal right

that applicable law does not permit the parties to waive or restrict.

Whether a particular use of intellectual property is lawful depends on the facts, authorization and applicable law.

Important Trademark & Brand Use Disclosure

CLASSIC FARES IS AN INDEPENDENT TRAVEL SERVICES PLATFORM OPERATED BY FLIGHT FARE BOOKING INC.

Classic Fares may identify airlines, car rental providers, cruise operators and other third-party travel businesses when reasonably necessary to:

  • Search for travel;
  • Identify travel products;
  • Display available options;
  • Facilitate reservations;
  • Provide customer assistance;
  • Service eligible reservations; or
  • Provide independent travel consultation.

THIRD-PARTY TRADEMARKS, BRAND NAMES AND LOGOS REMAIN THE PROPERTY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OWNERS.

The appearance of a third-party name or trademark through Classic Fares does not, by itself, establish:

  • Ownership;
  • Sponsorship;
  • Partnership;
  • Agency;
  • Authorization;
  • Endorsement; or
  • Corporate affiliation.

Unless expressly and accurately stated otherwise, Classic Fares is not the official website, official reservations department or official customer-service department of an airline, cruise line or car rental company referenced through our services.

Where Classic Fares displays a third-party logo or other protected graphical material, such use should be supported by an appropriate license, authorization, supplier relationship, technology feed, applicable legal right or another lawful basis.

Where appropriate, Classic Fares may use plain-text provider names instead of third-party logos.

Classic Fares-specific pages concerning airlines, rental companies or cruise lines remain Classic Fares pages and should maintain clear Classic Fares branding and independent-business identification.

Nothing in this Policy grants another party permission to impersonate Classic Fares, deceptively use Classic Fares branding, collect customer payments or personal information under a false Classic Fares identity, or falsely claim a relationship with Flight Fare Booking Inc.
