Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: October 2026
Last Updated: October 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute an agreement between you (“you,” “your,” “Traveler,” “Customer,” or “User”) and Flight Fare Booking Inc., operating as Classic Fares (“Classic Fares,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of Classic Fares services, including our website, telephone-assisted services, email-assisted services, flight reservation services, car rental booking assistance, cruise reservation assistance, travel consultation and eligible post-booking services.

By accessing or using our services, submitting an inquiry, requesting a quotation, communicating with our representatives regarding a travel service, completing or requesting a reservation, authorizing payment or purchasing a service, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review these Terms and agree to the applicable transaction-specific terms presented before purchase.

If you do not agree with applicable Terms, you should not complete the applicable transaction.

1. About Classic Fares

Classic Fares is an independent travel services platform operated by Flight Fare Booking Inc.

Classic Fares may provide:

  • Online flight searches;
  • Eligible online flight reservations;
  • Telephone-assisted flight reservations;
  • Multi-city flight reservations by telephone;
  • Car rental booking assistance through a request-a-quote model;
  • Cruise reservation assistance through a request-a-quote model;
  • Travel consultation;
  • Post-booking and post-ticketing assistance; and
  • Independent professional travel consultation for eligible reservations originally booked elsewhere.

Classic Fares is not an airline, aircraft operator, airport, cruise line, cruise operator, car rental company or transportation carrier.

Unless expressly and accurately stated otherwise, Classic Fares is not owned, operated, sponsored or endorsed by, and is not the official website or official customer-service department of, an airline, cruise line, car rental provider or other travel provider referenced through our services.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

You may accept applicable Terms by:

  • Using our website or services;
  • Clicking an acceptance, confirmation, booking or payment button;
  • Providing authorization to complete a reservation;
  • Providing electronic or written authorization;
  • Completing payment;
  • Requesting us to perform a paid professional service; or
  • Otherwise proceeding with a transaction after applicable terms have been presented.

Electronic acceptance may have the same legal effect as handwritten acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Transaction-specific disclosures, fare rules, cancellation conditions, supplier terms, pricing disclosures and service conditions presented before purchase form part of the agreement applicable to that transaction.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into the applicable transaction.

If you make a reservation for another traveler, you represent that you are appropriately authorized to:

  • Provide the traveler's information;
  • Arrange the requested travel;
  • Communicate applicable booking conditions to that traveler;
  • Accept applicable terms on the traveler's behalf where legally permitted; and
  • Use the payment method provided.

You remain responsible for transactions you validly authorize on behalf of other travelers.

4. Independent Travel Intermediary

Classic Fares facilitates access to travel products and services supplied or fulfilled by independent third parties.

These may include:

  • Airlines;
  • Fare consolidators;
  • Travel wholesalers;
  • Travel dealers;
  • Cruise operators;
  • Car rental providers;
  • GDS providers;
  • Travel APIs;
  • Technology providers;
  • Payment processors;
  • Fulfillment partners; and
  • Other travel suppliers or intermediaries.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Classic Fares does not operate the underlying transportation or travel service.

The supplier providing the actual travel service remains responsible for matters within its operational control.

Flight Services

5. Flight Searches

Flight schedules, fares, booking classes, availability and other flight-related information may be obtained through:

  • Travel suppliers;
  • Supplier APIs;
  • Fare consolidators;
  • Global Distribution Systems (GDS);
  • Bulk-fare sources;
  • Negotiated inventory;
  • Airline distribution channels;
  • Panel sources; and
  • Other legitimate travel-industry sources.

Travel inventory is dynamic.

Display of a flight or fare does not guarantee continued availability.

6. Flight Reservations

Eligible flight reservations may be completed:

  • Through Classic Fares online booking functionality; or
  • With assistance from a Classic Fares travel professional.

For flight reservation assistance:
1-877-658-0203

A search result, quotation, itinerary proposal, telephone conversation, payment request or incomplete checkout does not by itself constitute confirmation that an airline ticket has been issued.

Customers should rely on the applicable booking/ticket confirmation.

7. Multi-City Flight Reservations

Classic Fares provides assisted multi-city flight reservations by telephone.

Multi-city itineraries may involve:

  • Multiple destinations;
  • Multiple airlines;
  • Open-jaw travel;
  • International connections;
  • Stopovers;
  • Mixed cabins;
  • Multiple fare rules; and
  • Complex ticketing arrangements.

For multi-city assistance:
1-877-658-0203

Availability and pricing remain subject to confirmation.

8. Retail Pricing

Classic Fares determines the retail price offered to its customers.

Our retail price may take into account legitimate factors including:

  • Supplier inventory;
  • Consolidator arrangements;
  • Bulk or negotiated inventory;
  • Fare conditions;
  • Distribution arrangements;
  • Commercial arrangements;
  • Service components;
  • Operational considerations; and
  • Other legitimate pricing factors.

Accordingly, a Classic Fares retail price may differ from:

  • An airline-direct price;
  • An underlying supplier price;
  • A consolidator price;
  • Another OTA's price;
  • Another travel agency's price; or
  • Another distribution channel's price.

Unless expressly offered under a specific promotion, Classic Fares does not guarantee that a quoted or displayed price is the lowest price available anywhere.

9. Final Price Disclosure

Before completing a paid transaction, customers should be provided with the material customer-facing price applicable to that transaction.

Mandatory amounts collected as part of the Classic Fares transaction will be included or disclosed as required by applicable law.

Optional services may be separately priced.

Customers should review the final price before authorizing payment.

10. Price Changes Before Confirmation

Travel inventory and pricing may change before a reservation is completed.

If a selected option becomes unavailable or materially changes before confirmation, Classic Fares may:

  • Present an updated price;
  • Offer another itinerary;
  • Offer another available option; or
  • Discontinue the transaction.

Where a materially higher or otherwise materially different price requires additional customer payment, the revised amount must be accepted before that different transaction is completed.

11. Bulk, Private, Negotiated & Restricted Fares

Classic Fares may obtain inventory through:

  • Contracted consolidators;
  • Bulk inventory;
  • Private inventory;
  • Negotiated arrangements;
  • Promotional inventory;
  • Fare dealers;
  • Specialized suppliers; and
  • Other travel-industry sources.

Certain fares may carry restrictions involving:

  • Refundability;
  • Voluntary cancellation;
  • Changes;
  • Ticket exchanges;
  • No-shows;
  • Travel credits;
  • Baggage;
  • Seat selection; or
  • Other conditions.

Some restricted fares may be non-refundable or non-changeable after booking or ticketing.

Not every bulk, negotiated, private or specially sourced fare is automatically non-refundable or non-changeable.

The actual conditions applicable to the selected fare govern.

Material restrictions applicable to the selected fare should be presented or made available before purchase.

A voluntary non-refundable fare condition does not override a mandatory refund or consumer right created by applicable law.

12. Airline Rules

Airline tickets may also be subject to the applicable airline's:

  • Conditions of carriage;
  • Fare rules;
  • Baggage policies;
  • Check-in requirements;
  • Boarding requirements;
  • No-show rules;
  • Ticketing restrictions;
  • Change conditions;
  • Seat policies;
  • Pet policies; and
  • Other carrier requirements.

Travelers are responsible for complying with applicable airline requirements.

13. Airline Schedule Changes

Airlines control their operations and may change:

  • Departure times;
  • Arrival times;
  • Flight numbers;
  • Aircraft;
  • Connections;
  • Airports;
  • Routes; or
  • Other operational elements.

Classic Fares may provide eligible assistance but does not control airline operational decisions.

Where applicable law creates mandatory refund, rebooking or other passenger rights following an airline-initiated cancellation or qualifying significant change, those rights remain unaffected by these Terms.

14. Codeshare & Operating Carriers

A flight may be marketed by one airline and operated by another.

Customers should review the operating-carrier information because matters including:

  • Check-in;
  • Airport operations;
  • Baggage;
  • Aircraft;
  • Onboard service; and
  • Certain operational requirements

may be controlled by the operating carrier.

Car Rental Services

15. Car Rental Request-a-Quote Service

Classic Fares provides car rental booking assistance using a request-a-quote model.

Customers may provide:

  • Pickup location;
  • Return location;
  • Rental dates;
  • Pickup/return times;
  • Driver information;
  • Preferred vehicle category; and
  • Other relevant requirements.

Available options may be obtained through rental suppliers, dealers, wholesalers, intermediaries or other legitimate travel-industry sources.

For car rental assistance:
1-855-529-7002

16. Car Rental Quotations

Submitting a car rental inquiry does not itself create a confirmed reservation.

A quotation may remain subject to:

  • Vehicle availability;
  • Supplier confirmation;
  • Customer acceptance;
  • Payment or deposit requirements;
  • Driver eligibility;
  • Rental-company requirements; and
  • Other applicable conditions.

The reservation becomes confirmed only when the applicable booking requirements have been completed.

17. Rental Provider Terms

The rental provider may impose requirements concerning:

  • Driver age;
  • Driver's license;
  • Security deposit;
  • Credit/debit-card requirements;
  • Optional protection products;
  • Fuel;
  • Mileage;
  • Additional drivers;
  • Cross-border travel;
  • Vehicle category;
  • Pickup time;
  • Return time; and
  • Other rental conditions.

Classic Fares does not control these provider requirements.

Vehicle photographs or descriptions may represent a vehicle category and do not necessarily guarantee a particular make, model, year or color unless expressly confirmed.

18. Car Rental Cancellations & No-Shows

Rental reservations may be:

  • Freely cancellable before a specified deadline;
  • Refundable subject to conditions;
  • Partially refundable;
  • Subject to cancellation charges; or
  • Non-refundable.

Applicable rental terms govern, subject to mandatory law.

Failure to collect a reserved vehicle may result in a no-show and loss of prepaid amounts where permitted by applicable conditions.

Classic Fares post-booking professional service fees may separately apply where disclosed and authorized.

Cruise Services

19. Cruise Request-a-Quote Service

Classic Fares provides cruise reservation assistance using a request-a-quote model.

Customers may provide:

  • Destination;
  • Departure port;
  • Travel dates;
  • Number of passengers;
  • Cabin preference;
  • Cruise duration; and
  • Other relevant requirements.

Cruise options may be obtained through cruise operators, suppliers, wholesalers, consolidators, distributors or other legitimate travel-industry sources.

For cruise assistance:
1-855-529-7027

20. Cruise Availability

Submitting a cruise inquiry does not guarantee:

  • A particular sailing;
  • A particular ship;
  • A particular cabin;
  • A particular cabin location;
  • A specific itinerary;
  • A promotion;
  • A specific price; or
  • Confirmation.

Cruise inventory and pricing may change until the reservation is confirmed.

21. Cruise Operator Terms

Cruise reservations may be subject to the applicable cruise operator's passenger contract and other terms.

Cruise operators control matters including:

  • Vessel operations;
  • Embarkation;
  • Sailing schedules;
  • Ports;
  • Itinerary changes;
  • Onboard services;
  • Cabin assignments; and
  • Operational cancellations.

Classic Fares does not control cruise-operator operational decisions.

22. Cruise Cancellations

Cruise cancellation conditions can become more restrictive as departure approaches.

Depending on the selected cruise rate, cancellation may result in:

  • Full refund;
  • Partial refund;
  • Loss of deposit;
  • Percentage-based cancellation charges;
  • Future cruise credit; or
  • Complete loss of the applicable cruise price.

The applicable cruise terms govern, subject to mandatory consumer law.

Independent Travel Consultation

23. Consultation for Travel Booked Elsewhere

Customers do not necessarily need to have originally booked through Classic Fares to purchase eligible professional travel consultation.

Classic Fares may provide independent assistance concerning reservations originally made:

  • Directly with an airline;
  • Through another travel agency;
  • Through another OTA;
  • With a car rental provider;
  • With a cruise operator; or
  • Through another travel provider.

For eligible consultation:
1-877-658-0203

24. Scope of Travel Consultation

Eligible consultation may include assistance concerning:

  • Flight changes;
  • Cancellation options;
  • Refund questions;
  • Rebooking research;
  • Fare-rule interpretation;
  • Schedule changes;
  • Alternative itineraries;
  • Travel disruptions;
  • Travel credits;
  • Baggage-related matters;
  • Rental-car matters;
  • Cruise matters; and
  • Other eligible travel issues.

Classic Fares acts as an independent travel consultant when providing such services.

Providing consultation does not make Classic Fares the original booking agent, airline, cruise operator, rental provider or official representative of the underlying travel provider.

25. Consultation Fees

Professional travel consultation may involve a Classic Fares service fee.

Where a fee applies, the material:

  • Scope of service; and
  • Classic Fares fee

will be disclosed before the customer authorizes the paid service.

Classic Fares consultation fees are separate from charges imposed by an underlying travel provider unless expressly stated otherwise.

26. No Guarantee of Consultation Outcome

Payment for consultation represents payment for the agreed professional service.

It does not guarantee that an airline or other provider will:

  • Approve a refund;
  • Waive a fee;
  • Approve cancellation;
  • Change a reservation;
  • Issue compensation;
  • Restore or extend a credit;
  • Approve a name correction;
  • Provide requested inventory; or
  • Produce any particular requested outcome.

A consultation service may still have been performed where Classic Fares completes the agreed research, consultation, analysis, communication or assistance even if the customer's desired provider-controlled outcome is unavailable.

Payments

27. Payment Authorization

By providing payment information and authorizing a transaction, you represent that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method;
  • The payment information is materially accurate;
  • You understand the amount being authorized;
  • You agree to the applicable transaction terms; and
  • You authorize the applicable disclosed party or parties to process the transaction.

Do not authorize a payment unless you understand the applicable customer-facing price and material terms.

28. Split or Multiple Charges

Depending on the product and fulfillment arrangement, an agreed travel transaction may be processed through one or more charges.

Charges may be processed by:

  • Flight Fare Booking Inc./Classic Fares;
  • An airline;
  • A contracted consolidator;
  • A travel supplier;
  • A rental provider;
  • A cruise supplier;
  • A payment processor; or
  • Another disclosed participant.

Where multiple charges form part of the transaction, material information concerning that arrangement will be disclosed where required.

The combined amount of authorized charges should not exceed the agreed total transaction amount except where the customer subsequently authorizes additional services or charges.

29. Payment Verification & Fraud Prevention

Classic Fares may use reasonable procedures to prevent fraud and unauthorized transactions.

We may request additional verification before completing a transaction.

A transaction may be delayed, declined or cancelled where:

  • Payment cannot be authorized;
  • Fraud is reasonably suspected;
  • Required verification cannot be completed;
  • Material information appears inconsistent;
  • A payment method appears unauthorized; or
  • The transaction cannot lawfully be processed.

30. Payment Security

Customers should not send:

  • Complete payment-card numbers;
  • Card security codes;
  • Account passwords; or
  • Unnecessary sensitive financial information

through ordinary email.

Classic Fares may use independent payment processors or payment technology providers.

Their applicable terms and privacy practices may also apply.

Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

31. Customer-Requested Changes

Requested changes are subject to:

  • Supplier rules;
  • Fare or product restrictions;
  • Availability;
  • Fare/rate differences;
  • Applicable supplier charges; and
  • Separately disclosed Classic Fares professional service fees.

A requested change is not confirmed until the applicable modification has actually been completed.

32. Voluntary Cancellations

If a customer voluntarily cancels a reservation, refund eligibility depends upon the applicable fare/product conditions and applicable law.

A non-refundable product may have no refundable value following voluntary cancellation.

Where refundable value exists, applicable provider penalties and properly disclosed service fees may apply where permitted.

33. 24-Hour Cancellation

Do not assume every reservation completed through Classic Fares automatically carries a free 24-hour cancellation right.

Different legal and supplier rules can apply depending on how a ticket was booked, the transaction structure, departure date and other circumstances.

Where a particular reservation qualifies for a 24-hour cancellation/refund right, or Classic Fares expressly offers such a benefit for the transaction, the applicable terms will govern.

Nothing in these Terms reduces a 24-hour or other cancellation right that applicable law makes mandatory.

34. Mandatory Refund Rights

Nothing in these Terms overrides a refund or reimbursement right that cannot legally be waived.

Where applicable law creates a mandatory refund because of circumstances such as:

  • Airline cancellation;
  • Qualifying significant schedule change;
  • Failure to provide a purchased service; or
  • Another legally qualifying event,

the applicable legal requirement controls.

For covered U.S. airline transactions, responsibility for issuing an airfare refund may depend on which entity is the merchant of record for the ticket transaction.

35. Refunds

Eligible refunds may depend upon:

  • Applicable law;
  • Fare conditions;
  • Supplier authorization where relevant;
  • Merchant-of-record status;
  • Payment-processing arrangements; and
  • Information reasonably necessary to process the refund.

Refunds will generally be returned through the appropriate original payment channel where required or appropriate.

Where different portions of a transaction were processed by different entities, refund components may also be processed separately.

36. Refund Processing Time

Where applicable law establishes a mandatory refund deadline, that deadline controls.

Otherwise, eligible refunds will be processed within a commercially reasonable period after approval and receipt of information reasonably required for processing.

A customer's bank, card issuer or financial institution may require additional time before a processed refund becomes visible.

37. No-Shows

Failure to use a reservation without properly cancelling it may result in a no-show.

Depending on provider rules, a no-show may cause:

  • Loss of ticket or booking value;
  • Cancellation of subsequent flight segments;
  • Loss of refund eligibility;
  • Additional change restrictions; or
  • Other consequences.

Contact Classic Fares or the applicable provider before scheduled travel if you know you will not travel.

Service Fees

38. Classic Fares Service Fees

Classic Fares may charge properly disclosed fees for professional services including:

  • Booking assistance;
  • Travel consultation;
  • Ticket modification;
  • Exchange/reissue assistance;
  • Cancellation assistance;
  • Refund assistance;
  • Research;
  • Waiver-request assistance;
  • Third-party reservation assistance; and
  • Other eligible professional travel services.

Material Classic Fares service fees will be disclosed before the customer authorizes the applicable paid service.

Classic Fares service fees and supplier charges are separate unless expressly stated otherwise.

See the Post-Booking & Post-Ticketing Service Fee Policy for applicable fee information.

39. Refundability of Professional Service Fees

A professional service or consultation fee may become non-refundable once the agreed professional service has been materially performed, subject to the terms disclosed before authorization and applicable law.

Professional work may include:

  • Reviewing an existing reservation;
  • Researching fare/supplier conditions;
  • Researching alternative travel;
  • Providing consultation;
  • Preparing requested options;
  • Communicating with suppliers;
  • Communicating travel options; or
  • Performing another specifically requested professional service.

Failure to obtain the customer's preferred provider-controlled outcome does not by itself mean that an agreed professional service was not performed.

Nothing in this provision limits any refund right that cannot lawfully be waived.

Baggage

40. Baggage Rules

Baggage rules are established by applicable airlines and may vary according to:

  • Airline;
  • Fare;
  • Route;
  • Cabin;
  • Number of bags;
  • Weight;
  • Dimensions; and
  • Other factors.

A flight price does not necessarily include free checked baggage or a free carry-on unless expressly stated.

Travelers should verify their baggage allowance before departure.

41. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Baggage

Classic Fares does not physically transport or handle passenger baggage.

Lost, delayed, damaged or mishandled baggage should generally be reported promptly to the applicable operating airline.

Classic Fares may provide eligible travel assistance but does not control baggage handling or airline baggage-claim decisions.

Travel Documents

42. Passports, Visas & Entry Requirements

Travelers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining documentation required for their journey.

This may include:

  • Passport;
  • Visa;
  • Transit visa;
  • Government-issued identification;
  • Immigration authorization;
  • Health documentation;
  • Entry permit; and
  • Other required documentation.

Travelers should independently verify current requirements through appropriate official government and provider sources before travel.

Classic Fares does not provide legal or immigration advice.

43. Denied Boarding or Entry

Classic Fares cannot guarantee that a traveler will be permitted to:

  • Board transportation;
  • Transit through a jurisdiction; or
  • Enter a destination.

Airlines, cruise operators, immigration authorities, border authorities and other government agencies determine applicable eligibility.

Failure to satisfy documentation requirements does not automatically create a right to a Classic Fares or supplier refund.

Any refund eligibility remains subject to applicable fare/product conditions and mandatory law.

Customer Responsibilities

44. Accuracy of Customer Information

Customers are responsible for reviewing information before confirming a transaction, including:

  • Passenger names;
  • Travel dates;
  • Airports;
  • Destinations;
  • Dates of birth;
  • Contact information;
  • Routing; and
  • Other reservation details.

Passenger names should correspond appropriately with applicable travel documents.

Corrections after ticketing may be restricted or involve additional charges.

45. Review Your Confirmation

After receiving a reservation confirmation, review it promptly.

If you believe information is incorrect, contact Classic Fares as soon as reasonably possible.

Delay in reporting an error can reduce available solutions if supplier conditions become more restrictive.

Communications

46. Service-Related Communications

By submitting an inquiry, requesting a quotation, beginning a reservation, purchasing a service or asking Classic Fares for assistance, you authorize communications reasonably necessary to address that request or transaction.

These may include:

  • Quotations;
  • Booking information;
  • Itinerary options;
  • Schedule updates;
  • Payment-related information;
  • Requests for necessary information;
  • Travel assistance; and
  • Other transaction-related communications.

Communications may occur through telephone, email or another channel made available by you, subject to applicable law.

47. Marketing Communications

Consent to receive communications reasonably necessary to service an inquiry or transaction does not automatically constitute unlimited consent to unrelated marketing.

Marketing communications will be handled subject to applicable consent, opt-out and other legal requirements.

48. Customer Service Availability

Classic Fares provides access to eligible 24/7 customer-service functions.

This means customers may contact Classic Fares 24 hours a day, seven days a week for eligible travel-support matters.

It does not mean that every airline, consolidator, supplier, rental provider, cruise operator, payment provider or government authority is available or capable of processing every request 24/7.

Certain requests may require action during the applicable provider's available processing period.

Third-Party Providers

49. Supplier Terms

Underlying travel products may be subject to supplier terms including:

  • Airline conditions of carriage;
  • Fare rules;
  • Rental agreements;
  • Cruise passenger contracts;
  • Baggage rules;
  • Refund policies;
  • Cancellation policies;
  • No-show rules; and
  • Other applicable provider conditions.

By purchasing an underlying provider's travel product, you may also enter into a contractual relationship with that provider.

50. Supplier Performance

Classic Fares does not control the day-to-day operations of independent travel providers.

Subject to applicable law, Classic Fares is not responsible merely by acting as an intermediary for supplier-controlled matters such as:

  • Flight operations;
  • Aircraft substitutions;
  • Airline delays;
  • Schedule changes;
  • Operational cancellations;
  • Cruise itinerary changes;
  • Vessel operations;
  • Vehicle substitutions;
  • Baggage handling;
  • Supplier staffing; or
  • Other independent operational decisions.

This does not limit Classic Fares' responsibility for services that Classic Fares itself expressly agrees to provide or obligations that cannot legally be excluded.

Intellectual Property

51. Classic Fares Content

The Classic Fares name, website content, design, graphics, text, software, functionality and other proprietary materials may be protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

You may use our website for legitimate personal travel-related purposes.

Without authorization, you may not:

  • Republish substantial proprietary content;
  • Scrape the website at scale;
  • Circumvent security controls;
  • Reverse engineer protected functionality;
  • Misuse Classic Fares intellectual property; or
  • Use our website for unlawful commercial exploitation.

52. Third-Party Trademarks

Airline, cruise-line, rental-provider and other third-party names, trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners.

Their appearance through Classic Fares may be used for legitimate identification, informational, comparison or travel-service purposes.

Their use does not, by itself, indicate:

  • Affiliation;
  • Ownership;
  • Sponsorship;
  • Endorsement; or
  • Official status.

Acceptable Use

53. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Classic Fares services to:

  • Commit fraud;
  • Provide knowingly false material information;
  • Use an unauthorized payment method;
  • Attempt unauthorized system access;
  • Interfere with website functionality;
  • Circumvent technical restrictions;
  • Make fraudulent or abusive speculative reservations;
  • Abuse provider systems;
  • Engage in unlawful conduct; or
  • Violate applicable law or third-party rights.

Classic Fares may reasonably restrict access where necessary to protect customers, providers, systems or legal interests.

Website Information

54. Information Accuracy

Classic Fares makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate travel information.

However, substantial travel information originates from third-party systems.

Information concerning:

  • Schedules;
  • Availability;
  • Aircraft;
  • Baggage;
  • Vehicle categories;
  • Cruise itineraries;
  • Amenities; and
  • Other supplier-controlled services

may change.

Travelers should review final reservation information and applicable provider conditions.

55. Technical, Pricing & Display Errors

Technical, typographical, API, supplier-feed, pricing-display or system errors may occasionally occur.

Where an obvious error is identified before completion, or where applicable law otherwise permits correction, Classic Fares may take reasonable steps to correct the error.

If correcting an error results in a materially different price or product before completion, the customer will be asked to accept the revised transaction where required.

Nothing in this section permits Classic Fares to disregard a binding obligation or legal right that cannot lawfully be avoided.

Third-Party Links

56. External Websites

Classic Fares may provide links to independently operated third-party websites.

We do not control their:

  • Content;
  • Privacy practices;
  • Security practices;
  • Terms;
  • Availability; or
  • Independent commercial conduct.

Use of an external website is subject to that site's own policies.

The presence of a link does not by itself establish endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation.

See our Third-Party Links Policy for additional information.

Privacy

57. Personal Information

Personal information may be collected, used, stored, transferred or otherwise processed for legitimate purposes including:

  • Responding to inquiries;
  • Processing reservations;
  • Facilitating payments;
  • Providing travel services;
  • Providing customer support;
  • Fraud prevention;
  • Legal compliance;
  • Recordkeeping; and
  • Operating our services.

Additional details are provided in the Classic Fares Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Disclaimers

58. Travel-Service Disclaimer

Classic Fares is an independent travel services platform and intermediary.

Except for professional services expressly undertaken by Classic Fares itself, underlying travel services are performed by independent providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Classic Fares does not warrant that every independent travel service will operate without:

  • Delay;
  • Modification;
  • Interruption;
  • Cancellation; or
  • Other operational change.

59. No Guarantee of Lowest Price

Unless expressly stated under a particular published promotion, Classic Fares does not guarantee that its retail price is the lowest price available anywhere.

Travel prices can differ among:

  • Airlines;
  • Suppliers;
  • Consolidators;
  • Agencies;
  • OTAs;
  • GDS/distribution systems; and
  • Direct-provider channels.

60. No Guarantee of Availability

Travel inventory remains subject to availability until confirmed.

A displayed, discussed or quoted option can become unavailable before completion.

Limitation of Liability

61. Third-Party Events

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Classic Fares will not be responsible for losses arising solely from acts, omissions, failures or operational decisions of independent third-party providers or circumstances outside Classic Fares' reasonable control.

Examples may include:

  • Airline delays;
  • Airline cancellations;
  • Supplier insolvency;
  • Baggage handling;
  • Weather;
  • Natural disasters;
  • Government actions;
  • Border restrictions;
  • Strikes;
  • Airport closures;
  • Airspace closures;
  • Civil disturbances;
  • Public-health emergencies; and
  • Other extraordinary events.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.

62. Consequential Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Classic Fares will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses resulting solely from circumstances outside our reasonable control or independent acts of third-party suppliers.

This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

63. Limitation Relating to Classic Fares Professional Services

To the extent permitted by applicable law, and excluding liability that cannot legally be limited, liability arising directly from a specific Classic Fares professional service will be subject to applicable contractual and statutory limitations.

Nothing in these Terms limits:

  • Non-waivable statutory rights;
  • Mandatory consumer remedies; or
  • Liability that applicable law prohibits us from limiting.

Indemnification

  • Unauthorized use of another person's payment method;
  • Your material breach of these Terms; or
  • Your infringement of another person's rights.

This provision does not require a consumer to indemnify Classic Fares for Classic Fares' own unlawful conduct or for obligations that applicable law does not permit to be shifted to the consumer.

  • Issuing banks;

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

68. Governing Law

These Terms and Classic Fares services will be governed by the laws of the State of New York and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent mandatory consumer-protection law of another jurisdiction applies and cannot lawfully be waived.

Nothing in this provision deprives a consumer of mandatory protections available under applicable law.

69. Informal Dispute Process

Before commencing a formal proceeding, either party may provide written notice describing:

  • The nature of the dispute;
  • Relevant transaction information;
  • The relief requested; and
  • Reasonable supporting information.

The parties should attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute before formal proceedings where reasonable, except where immediate legal relief is appropriate or applicable law provides otherwise.

70. U.S. Arbitration Agreement

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS LEGAL RIGHTS.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes between a U.S. customer and Flight Fare Booking Inc./Classic Fares arising from these Terms or Classic Fares services may be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than a court proceeding.

The Federal Arbitration Act may govern the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration agreement where applicable.

This provision does not prevent either party from bringing an eligible individual claim in small claims court.

It also does not apply where applicable law prohibits enforcement of the arbitration requirement.

71. Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by applicable law, arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis, rather than as a:

  • Class;
  • Collective;
  • Consolidated; or
  • Representative proceeding.

Neither party will seek to have an arbitrator determine claims on behalf of individuals who are not parties to the individual dispute.

Where applicable law prohibits enforcement of this waiver, the applicable mandatory legal requirement controls.

72. Arbitration Opt-Out

A U.S. customer who does not wish to be bound by the arbitration provision may opt out by providing written notice to Classic Fares within 30 days after first accepting these Terms.

The notice should:

  • Identify the customer sufficiently to locate the applicable relationship or transaction; and
  • Clearly state that the customer wishes to opt out of the arbitration agreement.

Opting out of arbitration does not affect the remaining Terms.

An opt-out request may be sent to:

73. Canadian & Other International Consumers

For customers located in Canada or another jurisdiction where:

  • Arbitration requirements;
  • Choice-of-law provisions;
  • Venue restrictions;
  • Class-action waivers;
  • Liability limitations; or
  • Similar contractual provisions

are restricted by mandatory law, the applicable mandatory consumer law controls.

Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to surrender a legal right that applicable law does not permit the consumer to waive.

General Contract Provisions

74. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with applicable:

  • Transaction-specific disclosures;
  • Fare/product conditions;
  • Refund & Cancellation Policy;
  • Taxes & Fees disclosures;
  • Post-Booking & Post-Ticketing Service Fee Policy;
  • Privacy Policy;
  • Cookie Policy;
  • Legal Disclaimer;
  • Baggage Policy;
  • Third-Party Links Policy;
  • Pricing disclosures; and
  • Other terms expressly accepted for the transaction,

constitute the agreement governing the applicable Classic Fares service.

Supplier terms may separately govern the underlying travel product.

75. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or severed where appropriate.

The remaining provisions will continue to operate unless applicable law requires otherwise.

76. No Waiver

Failure by Classic Fares to enforce a provision on one occasion does not constitute a permanent waiver of that provision or another legal right.

77. Assignment

Customers may not transfer contractual rights or obligations under these Terms where doing so would materially affect Classic Fares or an underlying provider without appropriate consent, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Flight Fare Booking Inc. may assign or transfer applicable rights and obligations in connection with a lawful:

  • Merger;
  • Acquisition;
  • Corporate restructuring;
  • Sale of business assets; or
  • Similar business transaction,

subject to applicable law.

78. Headings

Section headings are provided for convenience and do not independently alter the interpretation of these Terms.

79. Electronic Records

Where permitted by law, contracts, disclosures, confirmations, authorizations, notices and transaction records may be provided electronically.

Customers should retain copies of relevant:

  • Booking confirmations;
  • Payment authorizations;
  • Fare conditions;
  • Itineraries; and
  • Other transaction documents.

80. Changes to These Terms

Classic Fares may update these Terms to reflect changes in:

  • Services;
  • Business practices;
  • Technology;
  • Supplier arrangements;
  • Legal requirements; or
  • Operational needs.

Updated Terms will apply prospectively from their stated effective date unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Material changes will not retroactively alter a completed transaction where doing so would violate applicable law or an existing contractual right.

81. No Waiver of Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, waive, reduce, disclaim or limit any:

  • Consumer right;
  • Passenger right;
  • Mandatory refund right;
  • Privacy right;
  • Accessibility right;
  • Statutory warranty;
  • Legal remedy; or
  • Liability

that applicable law does not permit to be excluded, waived or limited.

Where these Terms conflict with mandatory applicable law, the mandatory legal requirement controls to the extent of that conflict.
